Lending Summary

In 2020, 12,064 loans were issued in the amount of KZT 63,081.6 mln.

Including:

- from own funds – KZT 11,524.8 mln.;

- from borrowed funds - KZT 51,556.8 mln.

Yenbek Program

In 2020, within the framework of the Yenbek State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 the Company received KZT 42,897.1 mln. (including KZT 31,137.9 mln. for villages, and KZT 11,759.2 mln. for cities).

As of January 1, 2021, the Company issued 9,584 loans for KZT 42,897.1 mln. Of these, startup projects – 6,121 in the amount of KZT 25,084.3 mln., under the Bastau Business Project - 4,859 in the amount of KZT 17,667.1 mln.; within the framework of anchor cooperation - 161 in the amount of KZT 1,560.5 mln.

As a result, 12,032 jobs were created.

The funds allocated under the Program were disbursed by 100%.

Meat production

The Company financed 29 projects in the amount of KZT 1.3 bln. for the purchase of 2,715 heads of imported breeding cattle, as well as 9 projects in the amount of KZT 83.3 mln. for the purchase of 2,715 heads of breeding small cattle.

35,279 heads of cattle were imported from Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belarus, Hungary and other countries under the projects financed in this area since 2018.

In addition, 19.4 thous. heads of cattle, 34.4 thous. heads of small cattle, 424 camels, 7.7 thous. heads of horses were purchased within the country.

Agency services for With Diploma to the Village Project

As an attorney (agent) for lending certified specialists who came to work in the village, the Company has issued more than 35 thous. loans for the purchase and construction of heir own housing since 2010.

The provision of public budget loans for the purchase and construction of housing to specialists, who came to work and live in rural areas, is one of the measures of state support under the With Diploma to the Village Program.

The loan amount of up to 1,500 MCI, a long term (15 years) and a low interest rate (0.01%) have made this program popular and in demand among young people.

In addition to specialists in the fields of health, education, social welfare, culture, sports and agriculture, this year the list includes officials of Akimats of villages, towns and rural districts, who came to work and live in rural areas. This amendment was made to the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in September this year and put into effect.

In 2020, 4,931 loans in the amount of KZT 19,524.7 mln. were issued in this field.

Deferred payments due to restrictive measures related to the pandemic

During the imposition of restrictive measures related to the pandemic, customers, whose businesses were affected, were granted a loan grace period.

Thus, 4,068 projects amounting to KZT 1,771.5 mln. were granted deferred payments. The number of jobs for these projects is 4,358.
